Meditations on Sight and Time (in My garden)

open, solitary flower, gaze

eternal, focus, it is eye,

devotion, vision that bathes,

is not bathed —

sunlight

unfurled petals, each twirling

infinity. i of horus,

burning in the eye

of a sea lotus bloomed

forever. in my garden

five years ago

in ten minutes, incessantly

fluorescent.
